Cleanpart USA is growing, and we’re looking for a detail‑driven Quality Technician to join our Phoenix Operations team. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring products meet the highest standards, this role gives you the chance to make a real impact every day.
As a Quality Technician, you’ll work closely with operations and other departments to ensure incoming materials, components, and processed parts meet all quality requirements—from the moment they arrive to the moment they ship. You’ll play a key role in inspections, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that keep our facility running at its best.
What You’ll Do
In this hands‑on, fast‑paced role, you will:
- Monitor daily process travelers to ensure all requirements are met.
- Review CCTV footage to verify process steps, document conformance, and address non‑conformances.
- Provide guidance to operations on quality questions and concerns.
- Conduct incoming inspections and prepare quality documentation.
- Assist with corrective action reports for non‑compliant parts.
- Participate in product and process audits.
- Enter and manage Return Material Authorizations (customer and supplier).
- Support continuous improvement and root‑cause analysis efforts.
- Help prepare for annual ISO audits and customer audits.
- Run weekly calibration reports and manage internal/external calibration activities.
- Monitor employee training compliance and part‑handling protocol.
- Audit chemical change intervals and ensure proper documentation control.
- Uphold Safety and 5S standards across the facility.
- Perform part and process traveler inspections.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
What You Bring
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re organized, curious, and committed to quality. We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of experience in a quality role or relevant manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the semiconductor cleaning industry (a plus).
- Familiarity with quality control inspection and testing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with MRP or quality software (JobBoss, Unipoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic inspection tools.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust shifts for audits or investigations.
- The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $68,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
