Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Delmont, PA
Pay: $63,600-$79,500
We are seeking an organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations at our Delmont facility. In this role, you will plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage the site's CMMS and preventive maintenance (PM) program, coordinate contractors and vendors, and oversee maintenance inventory. You'll play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, improving maintenance efficiency, and ensuring a safe and reliable manufacturing operation.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize technician efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
- Manage the site's preventive maintenance (PM) program, ensuring scheduled work is completed and performance goals are met.
- Assign and prioritize work orders in collaboration with maintenance and production leadership.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and critical equipment components.
- Purchase maintenance materials and equipment through purchase orders and company purchasing systems.
- Coordinate outside contractors and service providers, serving as the primary on-site contact during maintenance projects.
- Track PM performance metrics and provide reports to maintenance leadership.
- Ensure maintenance documentation, permits, inspections, and records remain accurate and audit-ready.
- Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to maintain compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities using a CMMS.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs and work order management.
- Experience managing maintenance inventory, spare parts, and purchasing processes.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation, robotics, or control systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The salary range for this position is $63,600-$79,500. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
