Job Purpose

Cleanpart US is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team. The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Principal Accountabilities

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for maintaining plant equipment and facilities, responding to equipment breakdowns, and ensuring all preventative maintenance activities are completed on schedule. Your work will directly support production uptime and facility safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively maintaining equipment and facilities to prevent production impact.
  • Scheduling, updating, and performing preventative maintenance on multiple production tools.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment as issues arise.
  • Coordinating outside contractors for maintenance and repair work.
  • Obtaining and maintaining required certifications, including Forklift and DOT licenses.
  • Managing and resolving equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Performing basic root‑cause analysis and recommending improvements.
  • Supporting engineering staff with design reviews and capital project implementation.
  • Coaching technicians on safe work practices, maintenance procedures, and compliance.
  • Identifying and recommending projects that reduce cost, improve efficiency, or enhance safety.
  • Working occasional off‑shift hours for critical equipment issues.
  • Completing other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience

We’re looking for someone who is self‑motivated, technically skilled, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work (high and low voltage).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with root‑cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience with component setup and configuration.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • A goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety, process improvement, and teamwork.
Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)
  • The salary range for this position is $66,500 - $83,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
